The Urban Rehabber Roundtable is open to all who are interested in building wealth through real estate investment. The meetings are held once every month on a Saturday morning. Since early 2000, the Roundtable has been held at the Ramada Lake Shore Conference Center, at 4900 South Lake Shore Drive Chicago IL 60615. Parking is free. (click here for a map). The monthly Roundtable gives investors, rehabbers and other industry professionals easy opportunity to network and meet key people who will be invaluable to their business in the future– A great place to put your Team together!

A variety of subjects are covered at the Rountables and always include a guest speaker or speakers who are expert in their fields. Topics include: insurance, financing, section 8 rental, security, construction, and Municipal codes and regulations, to mention only a few. Members are invited to meet with program presenters at "breakout sessions" after the program (an exclusive Member Benefit).
