The Urban Rehabber Program™ prepares investors and entrepreneurs for joining the 'Rehab Revolution' going on today across the Chicago metropolitan area. Since 2000, Urban Rehabber Program investors and rehabbers are working in every neighborhood and community, providing affordable housing opportunities for hundreds of  families every year.

"Our program is hardly a typical investor club," according to Phil Elmes, founder of the Urban Rehabber Program. "Our members are 'entrepreneur-investors' who see the many opportunities in today's disrupted markets and are taking action. These are folks interested in doing the work, not talking about it."

The heart of the Program is the Monthly Round Table. Members and newcomers alike come together to share insider information, to network, and to learn more about the business. It's both a networking and a teaching and coaching program.

We're not contractors or tradesmen. We come into the business from every walk of life and learn to run our projects like the Pro's. It's a Business Opportunity, not "recreational rehab" or some get-rich-quick scheme. Our objective is to bring Affordable Housing to our communities as skillful, conscientious housing investors and developers.

Urban Rehabber Round Tables are supported by an integrated series of workshops and seminars developed over the last ten years by Philip Elmes, a career real estate broker and housing developer. It is a "fast track" learning system that emphasizes both practical and "insider" Tools and Strategies known to only a few in the business.
